Vendors, WE Vendors!!

The Ventura County Greek Festival attracts about 7,500 guests from Ventura, Santa Barbara, Los Angeles, Orange Counties, and beyond during the long weekend.

The festival also has:

• 1,500 hits/day on the Festival website
• 8,000+ email subscribers
• 7,000+ followers on social media

The booth fees for 2026 are:

• $550.00 for a 10' x 10' booth space, a discount of $50 will be applied if the agreement is submitted and paid in full by May 1, 2026.
• $900.00 for a 10' x 20' booth space, a discount of $100 will be applied if the agreement is submitted and paid in full by May 1, 2026.

Should lighting be desired for the individual booths, it is the Vendor's responsibility to equip their booth with lights. LED lighting is strongly encouraged as the electric service provided by the Festival is limited.

Electrical requirements must be declared in the application along with an itemized list of the electrical equipment and their power load.

Vendor must supply all extension cords for 110 volt electrical service. The Festival assumes no responsibility for damages caused by power fluctuations or outage.

Our vendor area is a Greek-styled “agora” shopping area. We typically have vendors who sell products such as religious items, jewelry, ceramics, clothing, children’s items, home décor, honey, soaps & lotions, sea salts, hats, t-shirts, candles, purses, original paintings, hair accessories, olive wood figurines, belly dancing attire, accessories and more!

These are examples of unacceptable products/services:

• Fortune telling
• Anything deemed inappropriate by the Festival management
• Anything deemed by the Festival management to be conflict with Judeo-Christian values such as cult objects which are not part of ancient Greek art
• Food or drink for consumption on Festival grounds
• Alcoholic beverages
• Tasting samples of any food or drink.
